Can't log in with AD credentials

    Good morning,

After configuring my AD Auth on Zabbix 7.2.1, the Test button works fine
However, when i try to log in, it says that the user doesn't exists or is blocked.
The issue is that if i run a wireshark/tcpdump, during the test i see the LDAP packets; but when i try to log is, i don't see any LDAP flow.
I've well ticked "Default Auth : LDAP" and specified user group for deprovisioned users

We're using other app (glpi) with AD auth too that works fine, so basically it's not a network issue

Could you help me please ?

    Best regards,

    Hi

I've also got the same issue, just upgraded from 6.4 to 7.2.3
Had no issues with LDAP authentication on 6.4 but since upgrading I'm seeing exactly the same issue.
One thing to add potentially - hopefully I'm not remembering it incorrectly form when I setup LDAP in 6.4 - but when I do the LDAP test it says login successful.
However it doesnt show the mapping of the user that it should pick up from the LDAP group and the Zabbix internal groups. Those just show as no value. Pretty sure in 6.4 those were correctly showing the right mappings. I've tried different LDAP groups etc and hasnt made any difference.

    thanks
