The Zabbix server is not running; the information displayed may not be current

    Hi all,

I need assistance with a problem I'm encountering in our Zabbix setup.
    Current Setup:

    Zabbix Server Specs:
    RAM: 32GB
    CPU Cores: 11 Cores
    Hard Disk: 700GB

    Network Devices Added:
    Firewalls: 800 already added successfully.
Switches: We have enabled auto-discovery for switches, but nothing is being discovered.

    Issue:
Error Message: On the fronted, I’m seeing a message saying, "The Zabbix server is not running; the information displayed may not be current."

    Symptoms:
The switches set for auto-discovery are not appearing in the system.
The status of the Zabbix server is uncertain, based on the error message.

And what does your system say about server status?"systemctl status zabbix_server" ?? It would be first thing to check...

I have the same problem. The systemctl status zabbix_server shows zabbix is running. I also checked the zabbix server log, no error found.

Also, it is strange, that the bubble contains the message disappears when my mouse hover on it.

I have the same issue. Zabbix seems to be working as it should. DB is up and running, all services up, but I get this warning bubble at the bottom of the screen.

Fixed it by making sure the Zabbix web/PHP settings were correct, and then restarting the Zabbix server and apache2.

What settings were updated, and where?
I am having the same issue, fresh install and seems to work, systemctl status shows zabbix is running. But page claims it is not.
