Hi Zabbix Support, I'm facing an issue with SLA percentage calculation in Zabbix. I have a parent SLA service that includes 11 child services. However, 4 of these child services have been down for a very long time (and never recovered). As a result, the parent SLA shows 0%, even though the remaining 7 child services are up and functioning properly.
It seems the SLA is being heavily affected by the time deterioration caused by the long-term down status of the 4 child services. This doesn't accurately reflect the availability of the majority of services that are actually working.
My goal: I want the SLA percentage of the parent service to reflect the 7 services that are up, and not be pulled down to 0% due to the few services that have never been up. Is there a way to prevent the long-term downtime from overly impacting the SLA percentage?
Thanks!
