Unable to assign dynamic tag to host during autoregistration

Hello,
I need your help. I'm unable to assign a dynamic tag via autoregistration.
I'm using Zabbix 7.0.11 with Agent2 (active agent).
I would like the host to be assigned a tag with value = hostname when it is created.

The solution isn't working. Here is the result/output.

It works... but it works during event generation. Here in config it will stay as a macro, only to be replaced with real value, if any trigger from that host fires and inherits all tags and values.

Okay, but then how can we have a dynamic tag with the hostname value ?

I dont get the question... It is as dynamic as it can be... every event from that host will have a tag service with value set to current hostname... From you pic service:VMTESTZBX...
