    Help with trigger expression

    Hello,

    I've got this trigger expression:

    Code:
    avg(/IoT Diagnostics/BackLight1,60m)=0
    But I think I'd prefer a count over time and can't get this to work. Just reading up would this work? If I see 3 consecutive values that equal 0 in 30mins then trigger? So the last 3 polls were each 0.

    Code:
    count(/IoT Diagnostics/BackLight1,30m,0,eq)>=3
    Thanks

    Hey !
    I can try to advise you to test with this solution :
    max("/IoT Diagnostics/BackLight1",#3)=0
    Let me know if it works

      Thanks does this look about right, it's on a different expression:

      Code:
      max(/JSON Fetch/monitor_status[{#NAME}],#3)=0

        Looks like correct, but you always can double-check and test the expression in the trigger configuration, zabbix should print "Expression is correct"

          Seems to accept it. Is there a way to test the trigger without actually forcing the real device to be trigger so I can see if it works?

            There is "expression constructor" link under your trigger expression window... use that.
