    Problem crating calculated item

    Hello everyone,
i'm trying to have to make a calculated item over 2 other items in the same template i created for printers in production to monitor the toner left in percentage. Walking through OID i figured out the total of gram of supply left and the maximum of the cartridge.
Skip forward, i made items with the respectives keys of those and now i'm trying to figure out how to make the calculated item. I searched over internet and in this forum but the solutions found doesn't apply to my case because i have different errors for different solution i tried.
    the actual situation is:

    Hello!

Can you show the configuration of the items used in the calculated item?

      Hello.
I'm doing something similar. Try specifying ! as the unit instead of dg.

I noticed that if i go to data collection, it actually works and makes the percentage as in the formula.
I noticed aswell that the percentage i get from the formula doesn't correspond to the percentage that the printer shows in its webpage.
Did someone found the OID it refers?

Check the values received in both items used in the calculated item. This way you can check if you're collecting the correct information from your printer.

          So, verify this items:
          toner_left_black
          toner_max_black

Based on my limited experience, the order of the OID entries in the toner information was usually Black–other colors. This was true for both FIJIFILM and Canon printers. I no longer have the Ricoh unit, and since I removed its host entry from Zabbix when disposing of it, I can’t confirm how it was structured.

Regarding the [Left Black Toner] item setting you posted, it references .1.3.6.1.2.1.43.11.1.1.9.1.2, but the correct OID might actually be .1.3.6.1.2.1.43.11.1.1.9.1.1.

I looked for it but it looks like the OID you suggested don't responds. Some printer manufacturers like brother have their own OID specifically for their printer. I'll keep looking for an alternative leaf that outputs the exact percentage as it shows on the printer webpage, if it exists and i find it, i will leave it here.
