Teams Alerts - How do I add the acknowledge button?

    Hello,

I've managed to send Zabbix alerts to Teams which is great. I've seen on some screenshots where some have added the Acknowledge button, how do I do this, I'm struggling to locate a guide on setting this part up. I assume I need get Teams to API back to Zabbix? Any advise would be most appreciated.

    Thanks

To add an Acknowledge button in Teams for Zabbix alerts, you need two-way integration. Use Teams Adaptive Cards to create the button, then set up a middleware or script that receives the button click and calls the Zabbix API to acknowledge the alert. This way, Teams can send a response back to Zabbix, allowing interactive alert management.

Thanks, I'll look into that, struggling a bit on the middleware/script part. Surprised there is no tutorial on this to help.
