Zabbix 6.0.40 - Switchmap Module shows white screen for specific users

Hi Zabbix Community,

We are running Zabbix 6.0.40 and have the switch map module installed and enabled customized, the module works perfectly for most users, but 2 specific users get a completely white screen when opening switch map, all others Zabbix features work fine for these users.

Affected users - 2
Working users: All other users

Symptoms

- Affected users can log into zabbix successfully
-Switchmap menu item is VISIBLE in the left sidebar
-Clicking Switchmap loads the URL correctly: Zabbix.php?action=switchmap.view
-But the page renders as a completely WHITE SCREEN
-No error message shown on screen - Just bank white

I am using Zabbix quite a while , but have not even heard about such module.
I think you are on your own with this.
