Zabbix Compile version VS downloaded ISO

Thanks for this great product !
But I think I have got problem.
I downloaded zabbix3.0 source code, And compiled that, in Debian OS, And It is Ok.
Even in /tmp/log file, there is no Error. Everything seems Ok.
But I have a wireless radio, that I want to monitor via SNMP Protocol.
In Host section, I click on create a host.And Add a host with satisfied Template.
But It does not green the SNMP light,( that shows receives snmp).
After 1 Hour it start to send SNMP ( I checked with wireshark, the zabbix finally receive snmp on port 161 and 162, but with a delay, about one hour)
I downloaded zabbix3.0 ISO file, to check if Im doing wrong or not !
And make that ISO, And the ubuntu server comes up with zabbix 3.0 already installed.
user appliance and password zabbix.
My confusing thing is that with the downloaded ISO, it displays and receive snmp as soon as possible, with just about 30 sec delay !)
Does SNMP has special configuration on zabbix?
Or anything else?
