Windows agent remote command via psk proxy

I have a requirement to run active proxy behind a firewall servicing multiple Windows agent machines.

I have psk encryption on both the agents and the proxy because they are customer clients.

When I try and run a remote command to the agents I get:

Get value from agent failed: TCP successful, cannot establish TLS to [[x.x.x.x]:10050]: cannot connect with TLS and PSK: no valid PSK loaded

I can run the same remote command via my own test proxy and agents where the proxy is psk enabled but not the agents.

The customer agents are set to only allow psk. Should I be able to run remote commands on encrypted agents from the server? Or would I have to relax the customer windows agents to allow encrypted and non-encrypted?

    Thanks

    Tim
