ZabbixW32 Agent

The ZabbixW32 Agent in the services control panel just says starting, it never fully starts and I can't get any information from the server. I've tried multiple it using multiple ports. Still same results.Any ideas?

Did you run zabbixw32.exe check-config? If so did it have a problem?

Also try running zabbixw32.exe standalone in a command prompt window. This helped me find that I had to switch the port from 10000, to something else.

Same Here

I got into the same issue.
Not sure of what else to do.
I confirmed that no other process is using that port but still the same thing. Process just hangs at starting.

I'm also having this issue. Did anyone discover a cause or solution?

I get the following when running the agent standalone:

C:\>zabbixw32 standalone
Using configuration file "C:\zabbix_agentd.conf"
Configuration file OK

At this point, it hangs. Attempting to connect to the agent yields connection refused.

Have you tried running zabbixw32 check-config ? Also I know one thing I had an issue with, the log file is set for a linux filename, I had to change that to a windows compatible filename and then it worked.
