Blinking / Flashing in overview

Whats the meaning of the blinking in the overview? It seems to be a pending state. But the whole line is flashing.

This just means that the data recently changed .. probably cause you just setup Zabbix? Check again after an hour or so and they should have stopped flashing (assuming there was no recent change).

I haven't read the manual on this but my guess is ...

If they are blinking, zabbix doesn't know if they are red or green and is waiting a bit to initialzie and then make a final determination.

Yes, they stop blinking after a while. But why the whole line is blinking, when only one trigger has changed? That confused me a bit.
