    Mac support not likely

    I have been looking for an answer on this for a while. I can't find anyone that is successfully using a Mac client for Zabbix.

        Actually we are mostly interested in non-Intel platforms (Sparc, PA-RISC, PowerPC, etc).
        This topic is OT (off topic) for this thread, if you wish to continue I suggest you start a new thread and continue there. The protocol is somewhat documented in the Wiki, the database structure is also somewhat documented in the 1.1 series docs. As for the rest your best bet is to start asking. If you have further questions please start a new thread and continue there.

              Precompiled for generic Linux 2.6 and 3.0 on armv5tel

              A lot of NAS servers based on Marvell kirkwood (Synology, QNAP, Netgear) can use zabbix now:

                OS X / Darwin agent binaries

                Here are a few darwin binaries: https://files.me.com/noah/sjpgqy

                Included are the following OS X architectures:
                agent-ppc-64bit_185
                agent-x86-32bit_185
                agent-x86-64bit-darwin9_185
                agent-x86-64bit_185
                agent-x86-64bit_186

                All these are for darwin 10 & 11 except the one that is named darwin9.

                darwin9 = Mac OS X 10.5.x (Leopard)
                darwin10 = Mac OS X 10.6.x (Snow Leopard)
                darwin11 = OS X 10.7.x (Lion)

                Let me know if you have any issues. I can provide Server and Proxy binaries if needed.

                        RedHat on PPC

                        Unfortunately, I can't provide you with SSH access to our servers, but anyway. Here is one more supported platform to the list:

                        Hardware: IBM Power 740, LPar virtualization
                        OS: Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.7 (Tikanga)
                        Kernel: Linux myhost 2.6.18-274.17.1.el5 #1 SMP Wed Jan 4 22:46:16 EST 2012 ppc64 ppc64 ppc64 GNU/Linux

                        I compiled Zabbix server and agent without any issues, it's been running for 3 months.

                        Thanks!

                          SVR4 packages for Solaris 9 & 10, x86 & sparc:

                          ftp://ftp.srce.hr/solaris/5.10/sparc...REV=2012.04.07
                          ftp://ftp.srce.hr/solaris/5.10/x64/S...REV=2012.04.07

                          Startup script is integrated into Solaris SMF framework (svcadm enable zabbix_agentd), and packages are conforming to filesystem(5).

                          You need SRCEfoundation package as dependency:
                          ftp://ftp.srce.hr/solaris/5.10/x64/S...REV=2009.04.12

                              Zabbix 2.0.0rcX Agents

                              Has anyone got the 2.0.0 agents to compile for windows?

                              If so, would you mind posting them somewhere to download?

                              Thanks!
