Web Frontend improvement. "All" as default page filter

Good time of day.

Page filter (items in "Group" and "Host" comboboxes) has default value "All". Its acceptable when you load page in first time. After that page filter will load previous selected choice (saved in DB).
If you have a few distributed nodes - page can remember group/host from distributed node you selected in the Zabbix frontend. This group/host will be invalid for another selected node, so in next time when you load page (for example "Items") for another node - it will reset Group/Host selection to default value "All" and load a total amount of items. It can take a long time and a lot of system resources for web-browser.
Please, change default filter from "All" to the first group and host in combobox list.
And add individual save of page filter for distinct selected nodes to the user web-profile, please.

I second this proposal !

It's a PITA that all is the default preselection for all nodes in
the item and trigger pages.
The last setting is not remembered after switching the
view to a different node.

Update: And by switching from Configuration to Monitoring/Latest data and vc. vs. the
setting of the host is lost, too. And all data of all hosts are shown
Another update: And by selecting trigger depencies all triggers of all hosts and templates are shown
BTW: "Paging" is no real fix.

In 'include/defines.inc.php':

...
define('ZBX_DROPDOWN_FIRST_ENTRY', 2); // 0 - NONE, 1 - ALL, 2 - SIMILAR ZBX 1.6.2 (compatibility mode)
define('ZBX_DROPDOWN_FIRST_REMEMBER', 1); // 0 - do NOT remember, 1 - do remember

Frontend will not load "All" items after node change, if we set variable in 'include/defines.inc.php' to 0:

One big disadvantage though:
If you select NONE like stan.vasiljev did: you can no longer select ALL to view, e.g., all active triggers.
This is not useful for monitoring purposes !
