      I am am trying to load in the Lotus Domino MIB file. It works fine and I can load it in fine however the main reason I am using it is to build up "DeadMail" stats etc.

      I have included a image, the problem is I cannot see "lnDeadMail" inside the snmp_builder at all. However when I load it into a MIB browser program, I can see it and am able to send traps to it.

      Why do I not see lnStats etc

      On snmp_builder I have two versions, 1 and 2c.

      I have also attached the mib file.

        ===========================

        I found the reason. 1.8.12 patch was applied incorrectly. I completely removed old installation and installed snmp_builder 1.8.8. Just back to beginning.

          I upgraded 1.8.5 to 1.8.13 (latest available by portupgrade from freebsdorg)

          I installed the patch for 1.8.12 also, concerning different place of my files, but patch wrongly applied to some files or not at all.

          Please, can anybody share diffs for 1.8.12 (or, much better for 1.8.13 ) zabbix files and whole tar or gzip file with .js, images,.php and other files of snmp_builder?

          Manual patch application in vi is fingerbreaking and consumes too much time (~250K of plaint text in UTF).

          =============

          Help me, please

                No, just the path to the mibs, but on the server the mibs are there chmoded to 777(!) and chown by www-data (also tried with zabbix with no effect)

                      I have just installed zabbix-2.0.1 on 12.0.4 workstation and have had the same issue, and I found that if you add a .mib extension to a mib file and refresh the page the mib is then visible in the drop down list

                        That was it! Thank you

                        Just one more thing, now when I try to query any network device it always replies with "No Such Object available on this agent at this OID" with all mib files that i have. do you know what this could be?

                          a good test is from the terminal:

                          snmpwalk -v2c -c public 127.0.0.1 sysUpTimeInstance

                          see if that returns anything

                          this assumes your community string is public

                              Debian Squeeze + Zabbix v2.0.0 + Snmpbuilder v2.0.0 (from thread #230)

                              I tried different MIB's and every time got only "iso" and "ccitt"
                              I tried to change owner and chmod on MIB files and it's no effect.

                              apt-get install snmp-mibs-downloader
                              echo mibs +ALL > /etc/snmp/snmp.conf

                              and i still have the same problem

                              "snmptranslate -Tp" returns big MIB tree

                                Open mib file in a text editor and check the IMPORTS section at the top of the page make sure you have all the supporting mibs listed in that section in your:

                                /usr/share/mibs directory

                                eg: for IF-MIB supporting mibs are

                                SNMPv2 - SMI

                                SNMPv2 - TC

                                SNMPv2-CONF

                                SNMPv2-MIB

                                IANAifType-MIB

                                also check your apache erro.log file it may give you a clue
