    much appreciated KorJek!!

I have done everything so far but once I choose a template/MIB and Host I receive attached error "Invalid Host address".
    Am I doing something wrong?

        Johansen,
        here is my screen.
(sorry, but I pasted it as attachment, don't know how to paste as image)

Try use host ip or FQDN, not only hostname.
And there is must be OID tree.
I can't see this on your screeen

            Thanks for your fast response.
Well, I updated zabbix to 2.2.2 (was still on 2.2.1) and copied your frontend files. Now I can expand the OID tree but still receive the same error.

maybe I don't understand the whole process right, but generally the scope of that extension is that you can choose an empty template, choose an existing MIB (or upload a new one) and point to a new host. then snmp builder will write all discovered items and values to the template and link it accordingly.

            is that correct?

PS: also tried with fqdn and ip address, same error

              Yes and no.
My understanding is that this extension build OID tree.
Than you manually go through this OID tree (in the left) and if you find needed OID, then you click on the right and add this OID to the template.
admit, than some OID could not return value (No Such Object available on this agent at this OID).

Manually intervention also needed, because you could not select graph color through snmpbuider (for example).

Thats my understanding, though I could be wrong.

With error. Try look in /etc/resolv.conf and /var/log/httpd/httpd-error.log

                    Hi all,

snmp builder is driving me crazy I did not understand how this feature works!
I'm using zabbix 2.2 on Cent OS 6.5 server. I can import MIBs correctly; I can navigate through the OID's tree...but the real question is:
What is the real task of the SAVE button? When I click on it nothing happen.
I thought It should save the "item" on the template selected....but...

I think that if I have to create the final templare manually, this feature (snmp_builder) is almost useless! but I guess somewhere there is an error...

                    Help me please.

                      After recovery OID Tree empty

After recovery CentOS 6.5 on virtualBox vdi, i have empty tree.
                      httpd.log - empty
                      import file - ok.

I think the problem is in rights, but where?

                        OID Data is empty

                        Hi
i have problem with OID Data. Table is empty.
But i can see OID Tree...What's the matter?

                        My screenshoot:

Filesharing.com is the simplest way to send your files around the world. Share large files with a Filehosting Transfer up to 1GB free. Filesharing made easy!

Check you path to the snmptranslate, snmpget in the snmp_builder.php

Hmm. Everytime I click on this link, it sends me to a caf.xls sheet, which I'm not interested in opening.

                              Anyone else having this issue?

That link is now serving yet another file which is not the 'zabbix22.tar.gz' archive. Does anyone have a copy of this file for us?
KorJek: Are you perhaps able to post an MD5 hash of the original file? Or better yet the file itself?
