Auto Hostname+FQDN client setting

https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBXNEXT-791 is listed as closed, but I do not think it has been fullfilled.

HostnameItem=system.hostname
returns NetBIOS name

HostnameItem=system.hostname[host]
returns hostname

There is no way to autoset "FQDN" (preferrably in lower case)

Does anyone know a way, or can this be added to the code?

I have just been setting them manually.

I know that windows has no built in command to output the fqdn.
I assume that is the limitation.
