Hi everybody !
I am using a Zabbix server to monitor my network. There is a lot of printers and computers, so I do a lot of pings from my server (I don't have time or permissions to install zabbix agent on each machine). Even if I do pings with large gaps my server is often overloaded. And I am sure that when a computer or a printer doesn't respond to the ping, it is because someone shuted it down. So I wanted to know if there is the possibility to disable hosts using an action related to a trigger activated when the pings return nothing.
It is possible to disable host using an action but it has to be related to a discovery rule which has to be activated all the time (overloads the server).
Thanks you for your time !
(sorry for the bad English)
