Hello there!
I was searching for a solution for this and did not find any.
Then i saw a discussion here on Zabbix Forum and thought it was a really good idea but it was on a different section - And it is pretty old... So i want to post it here.
I am sorry if this is not the right place to post this but here it goes:
It would benefit a lot of Zabbix Users to have a option on Trigger Severities to create custom severities and then select a custom audio for that new severity...
Here:

Example, lets say i want to create a new severity called "Update Complete"
Then, on Frontend messaging i would select this "Update Complete" severity and bind to a custom audio i created using my own voice or TTS saying "Update on Server Complete"
Or a severity saying "Backup Failed" and then i would bind to a audio saying "Backup on Server Failed"
I am sorry if i didnt explained this right but i hope you all understood what i meant... I'm still training my English.
PS: I know that this is possible using API... So i would just use a external software that reproduces sounds and all but would be very practical to have all this inside Zabbix.
