Feature-Q: admin comments+ history, wiki with page per host / hierarchy of hosts

Hello!
I am just evaluating Zabbix, which is a big bummer for a small community, but looks exciting.
1)
Usually, at the end of the day, there remain tasks ToDo, say for one or the other host or even individual items.
I am looking for a history off administrative comments, which usually have (had) to be done on solving a problem,
where it later shows, this was probably a wrong decision or the half of the problem. This is usually not to handle
without the history of that item/host, which can be made, for example, in trac (in this case, I would use a wiki
with one page per item and this could be seen as a simple history. Not all truth stem from automation!
2)
Is Zabbix able to display a tree of hosts? Say, on a physical machine, there are 3 KVM guest, which each
hosting LXC containers.

My question is, if somethings like this exists.

Zabbix does not have a built-in-feature for administrative comments or a history of actions taken on specific items or hosts. Zabbix allows adding comments to events.(Problems -> select your problem (tickbox) -> update -> add your comments)
