Zabbix Server Not saying if Host is offline

    Hi,

I want to make it so the Zabbix server makes a problem when one of the hosts is offline for more than 40mins. Then when this problem is made I want it to send a SMTP notification to my email.

    Thanks in advanced

I'd start looking at the actions https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...cations/action. If you want the emails to be delayed then make your triggers such that they trigger when you want to be notified or use a multi-staged action and use the first step to add a delay.

      Hi,

I would also like it to make a problem if a proxy has not checked in 15mins. Not sure if this is possible or not.

Hope to hear from someone soon

      Thanks in advanced

By that time since 04-05-2024 you could have read a little bit of manual and create appropriate checks for hosts and proxies and add an action, what sends you an email.... There are out of the box templates, what probably do very similar things, you may need to adjust timings...
