Your missing the point mate and how comunity spirited of you. I have no problem with writing docs as i tend to document most of my work as i go along anyway, as i guess will many of the people on these forums do. However at present there is no information on the support site, just a load of teasers. I have not got anywhere yet due to the lack of docs/info so I have had to resort to a bunch of scripts pumping into zabbix sender. It works but isnt ideal.

there's quite a lot of documentation, and some is indeed missing. it is being constantly improved. it's just that whenever somebody says something along the lines of "all thats required is someone to jot the information down in the wiki"... sure, if you have the time machine
