It would be great if this little bit of wisdom could be in the documentation. I've spent 4 hours trying to figure out why it was not working

for the record, it _is_ in the manual. at least in the version i last looked at. with all the version jumping i'm not sure which version it was

Please consider adding new condition "Trigger value" = "Problem" to make everything work. You do not want to have recovery events escalated, do you?
