      You are probably using Apache2. As a default, Zabbix is looking for Apache (http). I would add another item at the template level for the apache2 process using this key...

      Number of running processes apache2 ....... proc.num[apache2]

      And then at the host level I would disable the item for:

      Number of running processes apache ........ proc.num(http)
