Event id 7031 on w2k

Hy all,

I'm new to zabbix and i have this problem.
I have installed zabbix agent on a old w2k system that i can't dismiss. when i start the Zabbix service, after a few minutes the service stops, reporting this error on event viewer

Event ID: 7031

Description:
The ZABBIX Agent service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 60000 milliseconds: Restart the service.



the version of the agent is, according to the log file is 1.6.5 revision 7409.

anyone as something to suggest? is very important for me to monitor this machine....

Update
maybe useful for someone, i have downloaded the agent version 1.4.4 and it seems to run.

for now i am monitoring only basefull items, CPU, Free disk space ecc. but everything seems to run with my server version 1.6.5

i am still curious to know why the agent version 1.6.5 doesn't run but for now i can control my 2k server. So if someone have some information i'm very happy to receive.
