Hi:
I have configured IT Services with a "father" Service which depends on several "child" services.
The problem is that, I actually have a child service in maintenance, so I've configured the service in zabbix to be in One-time downtime during this time.
The SLA of the child service is 100%. This is OK, but the problem is:
The SLA of the father is decreasing because of the child node downtime.
I think that if a child service is in downtime, it should not affect the SLA of the father service.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
