I have zabbix 1.8.2 up and running. I'd like to use the discovery (via SNMP) to import and begin monitoring my Windows servers. However, I do not get any signs of them showing up after I configure Discovery service to use SNMP.
I created a discovery rule:
Name - WinServers (SNMP)
Proxy - No Proxy
Network - 10.22.70.1-255
Delay - 3600
Checks - SNMPv2 (Community: zabbix, OID: <left blank>)
Device Unique - IP Address
Status - Active
I installed the zabbix agent on one of my Windows servers and after some time it made it's way into the zabbix webpage. However, I really would like to be agentless and use our SNMP here.
Any advice on what I'm doing wrong?
