Events happens but it doesn't find an action

Hi there.

I moved my zabbix-server from 1.8.2 to 1.8.3 and to another machine on last tuesday.

The old machine was a normal PC with Fedora and mysql 5.2, and the new machine is a rack server DUAL-CPU with RHEL 5.5 and mysql 5.1.

The first day all went well, but the second day the actions (in our case sms messages) came hours after the event, even though the configuration was not changed.

Now, we don't have any actions when an event is coming.

I switched on the old machine again and everything went well.

The database was moved with mysqldump on one side and dump import on the other.

I then run the mysqlupdate in order to adapt the new version.

Any ideas?

Just an addition:

I believe that the transfering of the database didn't went as smooth as it should.

In zabbix_server.log of the new server I got:

644:20101022:173955.365 Expression [{16016}>150000] cannot be evaluated: Evaluation failed for function: delta

And the old server those errors come associated with an item, like:

930:20101022:180204.115 Expression [{15548}>150000] for item [28073][rt-a:ifOutOctets6] cannot be evaluated: unable to get function value: lastvalue IS NULL for function [15548][rt-a:ifOutOctets6.delta(0)]

So maybe the question should be:

How can I migrate the database from one zabbix in 1.8.2 to another server with zabbix in 1.8.3?
