zabbix configuration file fail 1.8.7

Hi There

I have installed zabbix 1.8.7 on Ubuntu 10.04 but when i run the initial setup i get the following error:

Configuration file: fail

I have saved the config file and placed it under the folder. I tried giving permissions to the folder as well.

I would appreciate any more advise
