libcurl & net-snmp libraries not found during compilation

hi,

i have some problem with the compilation of zabbix 2.0.0 on rhel 5.3:

i always got 2 errors:

checking for net-snmp-config... /usr/bin/net-snmp-config
checking for main in -lnetsnmp... no
configure: error: Not found NET-SNMP library

&

checking for the version of libcurl... 7.15.5
checking for libcurl >= version 7.13.1... yes
checking for main in -lcurl... no
configure: error: libcurl library not found

my installed packages:

curl.i386 7.15.5-9.el5_6.3 installed
curl.x86_64 7.15.5-9.el5_6.3 installed
curl-devel.i386 7.15.5-9.el5_6.3 installed

what could be wrong? how can i proceed?
