Not sending email from Web Monitoring

I have setup Web monitoring in zabbix 2.0.6 and created a trigger and action.In the action,I setup sending email out.Then I mandatory turned off monitored web site,I couldn't get alert email,but in Zabbix Monitoring -> Dashboard -> Web monitoring,it shows "failed".For sending email setup,it works in other scenario.For example, I can get alert email when I setup a monitored server CPU high.

Trigger fired? If not, please check trigger expression.
If the trigger is fired, you need to check the action conditions.

Thanks Heilig.I get it work.Most likely, it's due to trigger condition not configured correctly.
