Except for your Zabbix server and your PC, you are trying to do SNMP monitoring, right?
You need to define an SNMP interface for those hosts. So you need to do a few things.
1. You must add an interface for SNMP for each of those hosts. Usually port 161.
2. You must attach an SNMP template to those hosts so you are trying to monitor some items.
3. You have to know what your community string is so Zabbix can monitor those items. The community string can be entered at the global macro level and then you can just use the macro in the items at the template level.
When I get into work I can give you the specific directions on adding that macro.
