    add manually this in your value map

    VMware VirtualMachinePowerState
    0 > poweredOff
    1 > poweredOn
    2 > suspended


    VMware status
    0 > gray
    1 > green
    2 > yellow
    3 > red

    and check your server conf file for the VM collectors

    see if it works

        Kudos to the community

        Hello guys,
        in my long expericen on forums I NEVER received such accurate and fats response like the ones you gave me, thanks richlv and edgdelgado.
        I would like to thank you for your help since all you pointed out was absolutelly 100% correct.
        And the SQL script was just the "cherry on the cake" as we say here in Italy.

        The new templates are now loaded and I'll try them today.

        Richlv: you are right I did not post the real error (now that I can see what the SQL modified I can understand that) but even the zabbix logfile gave me no clue about what was really missing.
