Zabbix 3.4.7 Windows Agent not working

Hello,
I have finished installation of Zabbix 3.4.7 on CentOS 7 successfully and i want to add my first windows host. First of which agent to download on site the latest is 3.4.6 is the right agent for my version?
I have been trying with 3.4.6 agent but i get this error message when i try to start service (screenshot) Error 1053:The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
Before installation i edit the following parameters in zabbix_agentd.win.conf file:

Server=IP of my Zabbix Server
ServerActive=IP of my Zabbix Server
Hostname=Computer name of my windows host

After that i have install zabbix agent using command line
what i am doing wrong?
Any suggestions?

I have just successfully installed the client on a Windows 2016 server and it seems to be running alright.
Can you supply the command you used to install the agent?
Did you run the cmd prompt as admin + specific -c C:/location of agentd.win.conf

I am having some other issues which may you could help me with as I also installed 3.4.7 on CentOS 7.

In the reference zabbix_agentd.win.conf, does the line feed code be CR+LF?
If the line feed code is incorrect, it can not be read normally on Windows and Zabbix agent can not be started.

Please try create a new conf file on Windows and set only the lines listed.
