I suggest to change the item key to
    log["C:\logs\BeeTopup.log"]
Go to Latest Data, find your item and click "History" in the right column. Then select "All" in the left side of the filter. Make sure you have the values of this item.

Another suggestion, unless this item is really critical I suggest changing interval of 1s to something sane e. g. 5s.

That means you are not getting the values for the item. Check agent log, server log, if needed, enable DebugLevel=4 and search for this log item key.

found this on server log , FTP service not working or blocked .. this could be the problem ?

1645:20180702:141107.466 Zabbix agent item "service.info[ftpsvc, state]" on host "MOMKN-APP" failed: first network error, wait for 15 seconds

1st of all , i did enable level 4 debug by updating the agent configuration file to look like below

                  ### Option: DebugLevel
                  # Specifies debug level:
                  # 0 - basic information about starting and stopping of Zabbix processes
                  # 1 - critical information
                  # 2 - error information
                  # 3 - warnings
                  # 4 - for debugging (produces lots of information)
                  # 5 - extended debugging (produces even more information)
                  #
                  # Mandatory: no
                  # Range: 0-5
                  # Default:
                  # DebugLevel=4
                  DebugLevel=4

and yet i tried to check the latest data with no success , still no data

zabbix_server.log shows many errors "restored later " but still send the below line ( i can try to send the whole log if it might help )

                  1624:20180704:152210.647 housekeeper [deleted 20180 hist/trends, 0 items/triggers, 0 events, 0 problems, 0 sessions, 0 alarms, 0 audit items in 4.070063 sec, idle for 1 hour(s)]

                  zabbix_agentd.log shows little information

Did you forget to restart zabbix agent after changing its configuration file?

should i track server , agent logs or just latest data ? or all of them ?

You are monitoring windows log item on a linux host.
Please try to understand what you are doing. If this is your job I suggest turning to technical support by writing a message to [email protected] . Otherwise it would be quicker to use our IRC channel #zabbix@FreeNode .
