Problem with Actions after Maintenance period ends [Zabbix 4.0.1]

If action triggered during maintenance period it will not send out notifications right away (as it should), but after maintenance period ends and trigger is active nothing gets sent out as well, which I think is wrong.

I am 99% sure that in Zabbix 3.0 it would send out notifications if there were active triggers after maintenance period.

Example:
We have Maintenance window from 2AM-4AM so servers can update and restart and we don't get bunch of alerts of servers just rebooting.
While server1 restarts it serviceX doesn't start properly.

We don't get notification of serviceX initially (because server is in maintenance), but I think we should be getting notifications if serivceX is still down at the time maintenance window ends? Yes/No?

Still have the same issue with 4.0.3.

Server was in maintenance mode at night, C: drive dropped bellow 10%, when maintenance mode ended alerts were not sent out. There was no such issue with 3.0.x.

Please tell me the settings in the Operations tab of the action settings. Specifically, is the “Pause operations for suppressed problems” checked?

Found the culprit: need to remove condition Problem is not suppressed. Pause operations for suppressed problems option (Operations tab) it's enough to delay notifications after maintenance period has ended, if the problem is not resolved.
