Notification on unsupported item

Hello
I have meet a problem during my attempt to setup OSPF neighborship state monitoring. The problem is that notification email not being sent. An action has been configured by following this guide (see screenshots below).

Server OS: CentOS 6.5
Zabbix version: 2.2.0

Message about item became unsupported in the log file:

8619:20140723:224629.659 item [10.254.8.26:ospfNbrState] became not supported: No Such Instance currently exists at this OID

Solved

Problem has solved. The reason why messages were not sent, is that the user, whos media entries were used to receive messages, did not has permission to read information about monitored hosts.
