item with multiple values

Hi guys,
I have zabbix agent and I need send mulitple values with one item. For exaple:
I have check: check_data_cache
output is: 500 690 470

Haw I can use/read this data from zabbix server and create graph with this data?

I will add to splitek : you can extract values in dependent elements using regex. In a more complex case, you can pass in zabbix json with values and use jsonpath preprocessing.
