New 4.2 installation - Problem to continue installation on GUI interface

Hi,

my environment where I installaed Zabbix server 4.2:

- CentOS 7 updated
- Zabbix server 4.2 (status shows working without issues)
- Database deployed and correctly configured user/password/database on mariaDB. Could access via CLI normally with zabbix user
- zabbix-server.conf configured correctly with user/password/database

Problem on the GUI interface to continuing installation .... see attached picture ...

Can´t go forward and so far did not find any solution ...
