Issue with Template in zabbix

Hi,

I am zabbix newbie and using zabbix 2.0.8 and recently I have started facing an issue where in I am unable to add new hosts in zabbix , I get below error when i try to add new host with the template I have made.
Have attached the screen shot for the same, removed my IP/hostname details in screen shot

Error :
Template cannot be linked to another template more than once even through other templates.

Hi Experts,

Your experience would be very useful, please suggest something here .. tried almost every google sloution still no luck .

It seems like the template maybe trying to link to the host twice. Could you provide a screen shot of the template tab for that host? Also can you add the hosts with no templates?

Yes I am able to add host without linking to any templates.

The issue is only when I try to link the template I have in place with me .

I have also made sure I delete the host correctly from zabbix front end and add again, even the issue is observed for the host which is new to zabbix.

I am unable to understand the culprit is template or data in database. I had intially used this template to assign to new and it worked, though I had a copule of hosts added and created custom graphs after which i think the issue started , I tried deleting all the custom graphs i created still fails.

I have the same proble with 2.4.6.


I don´t know what to do.

I feel really frustrated-
