Monitore Uptime Ruckus ZD 1200

Hi,
I'm trying the monitore Ruckus ZD1200 ,
I did find the OID for the uptime , however when I configure the item in Zabbix the result is not correct:
- The result using snmpget is : DISMAN-EVENT-MIB::sysUpTimeInstance = Timeticks: (888500157) 102 days, 20:03:21.57
- The result with Zabbix is : 10284 days, 01:39:41

Any idea about the issue?

According to the rfc the timetick is a hundredth of a second. So you need to add a pre-processing rule that divides the received value by 100. The problem is that in this case you need to use Float for "Type of information" and you will end up with parts of a second. But also change units from "updatime" to "s".

After the changes , the result is now even worst , 5y ...
How can we divide the value by 100?

Use item value preprocessing. In Preprocessing tab, in a step choose Arithmetic -> Custom multiplier and set parameter to 0.01 .
