    This looks like your "green" item is becoming unsupported from time to time, or the host is loosing connection so the item doesn't fetch the data when it should.

    Could you open that item only in latest data and select Values in the upper right corner and post a screen shot here. Also check the zabbix_server.log if there are any connection problems on that host or maybe some item is timeouting and causing other items to fail.

      Here the values and graph in the latest data. In the zabbix_server.log there aren't any connection problems. Thanks.

        It looks like SNMP device, which can have a problem with BULK SNMP request.

        In the freshest version of Zabbix, 2.4.*, any device can be configured to NOT use BULK SNMP request.

        Also, the SNMP connection can be lost when the CPU on device is busy on something different processes.

        So, the first list of recommendations:
        1) Try to increase Timeout= in zabbix server config
        2) try to NOT use BULK SNMP request
        3) try to increase the interval between SNMP request.
        Sincerely yours,
        Aleksey

          Thanks for your answer. Sorry but I am a beginner in Zabbix.

          How to increase the interval between SNMP request?
          How to try NOT use BULK SNMP request ?

          I have zabbix version 2.2.4 installed.

            Zabbix 2.2.7 (or later) is required in order to disable SNMP bulk requests.

            See this link:

              Hi,

              I have the same problem with my Zabbix server 3.0.4.

              When I try to manualy to run command it's ok :

              snmpwalk -v2c -c ZABBIX_C 192.168.50.137:161 IF-MIB::ifOutOctets.436211712

              But on my Zabbix I don't have all data.

              I try to NOT use BULK SNMP request or to increase the interval between SNMP request but the problem continue.

                Same here

                We use zabbix 3.0.2 and have the same problem with Cisco ASR1001-X iOS version 16.x. I tried it with and without bulk request and when i queue the oid by hand everything works fine.

                  Hi;

                  I am having the same problem, during the weekend I upgrade two Juniper switch core EX9214. After the upgrade, one of the devices is not having continous graphs.

                  Any recommendations.

                  Best regards

                  Karlink

                    I solved this problem by increasing the template collection time, my template was supposed to collect in 90s, I set it to 5m and it worked.
