I´ve was expericing the same issue Centos 8/Zabbix 4.0.0 to 5.0

      My workaround was:

http://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/5.0/rhel/8/x86_64/ - Download on repo this file: http://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/5.0/rh...el8.noarch.rpm

      and install it

      rpm -Uvh http://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/5.0/rh...el8.noarch.rpm

      After that, in /etc/httpd/conf.d/

      clear zabbix.conf and remane "mv zabbix.conf.rpmnew zabbix.conf"

      restart httpd:

      and works again

        Try install with zabbix-apache-conf-scl package.

        Code:
        # yum install zabbix-apache-conf-scl
        # systemctl start rh-php72-php-fpm
        # systemctl enable rh-php72-php-fpm
        # systemctl restart httpd

so any way to fix this ? this is kind of frustrating. is there other way to use this tool as snmp trap receiver ? .

              Hi rajsolanki,

You didn't have the problem when you upgraded from 4.4 to 5.0, did you have it since 4.4?
I checked the contents of the problem with 4.4 in the following URL, but if the problem occurs with the web front end, it is possible that there is a problem with the web server settings.

If possible, try building a new Zabbix server separately. You should be able to create an SNMP interface if you only have the required packages installed on Zabbix server. Try to find the differences by comparing the environment where you can create the SNMP interface and the environment where you are currently experiencing the problem.

we had issue on 4.4 too but that time in private browsing mode in FF i was able to add snmp interface . That time it was a POC kind of server. So we got a new server with same specs and we had same issue but that time again in private browsing mode it worked. Then upgraded to 5.0 and i had upgrade related issues which i had another thread. But due to time constraints we just uninstalled 4.4 completely and did a fresh 50 install. All worked except php fix. After php fix all is good except snmp interface. yesterday got a new RHEL 8.0 server , installed everything as per instructions , everything worked except SNMP interface there too. So I dont know what can i try ? my snmpwalk and snmptrap works on rhel 7 and snmpwalk works on rhel 8
