Latest data - selection - data missing

All works OK except one small bug (I think, we have not found any solution) -
We choose some text items with history (for example Zabbix agent version) in screen "Latest Data" AND select ONE or several servers - The items ARE displayed correctly for ALL selected servers.
Next we delete ALL selected servers AND press apply button - Only SOME items are displayed and items from SOME (previously selected, we know that items ARE in database, it could be also displayed in GRAFANA monitoring tools) servers.
We select MISSING server and press APPLY button - items are correctly displayed.

We Upgrade our Zabbix 4.0 to 5.0.1. Data are in MariaDB database on Centos 8.0. We cannot find any relevant logs, errors alert or anything. We tired also reindex ALL database zabbix - without success - problem lasts.

    Hello,
I have a little issue..I was using zabbix 3.4 and after some time i realise the graphs are not displaying for hosts even though let's say the host capacity is recorded or seen.. I realised the hard of the server is full and later cleared some log files and free space but the issue still persists...Also i installed a new zabbix 4.0 and imported the device/hosts...even though I have a lot of disk space the same issue is what i see..
    These are some observations:

    Observation at the front end:

Zabbix server Zabbix poller processes more than 75% busy
Zabbix server Zabbix history syncer processes more than 75% busy
Zabbix server Zabbix housekeeper processes more than 75% busy

    Other devices:
Interface WLAN interface: High error rate
Interface LAN interface 2: High error rate

And also I have attached a capture of the system Info.
    Kindly assist

      Hi Jiri Hadamek ,

This seems similar to another issue I have with alerts being hidden on the overview page (https://www.zabbix.com/forum/zabbix-...age#post403697). In that post Simon.S identified a value in the /usr/share/zabbix/include/defines.inc.php file which, if you have more hosts than the value, hides alerts for some hosts. If you edit that file to have a much higher number then the overview pages starts working as expected. I suspect you will see the same on the latest data page.

sibai Your issue sounds different - I suggest you start a new post with a subject like "Graphs not working after disk full" and hopefully someone will be able to assist you.

      Neal.

Jiri Hadamek I've just raised this as a bug https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBX-17948 - will see how Zabbix respond.

I have tried to raise default 50 to 500 (more than our number of hosts) in https://www.zabbix.com/forum/zabbix-...age#post403697 and the problem persits

          Code:
// Applied to tables with variable count of columns. Columns above this limit will be truncated.
          define('ZBX_MAX_TABLE_COLUMNS', 50);)
default 50 to 500 (more than our number of hosts) and problem persists.
