How do I get to the first screen?

I tried

Result: "This webpage is not available"

localhost:10000 didn't work either.

/sbin/zabbix from the command line didn't work.

If the correct frontend install steps were followed, then it would be this:

In your browser, open Zabbix URL: http://<server_ip_or_name>/zabbix

If you did install correctly, then my guess would be that permissions are not set correctly for your HTML files, or Apache is not running. I have done upgrades in the past and forgot to re-set permissions after I copied a new frontend in place. That was the error that I would get.

In addition to permissions check - please, check all Firewall or SElinux, that they configured properly.
