I'm creating a template to monitor a couple of FC Switchs

With snmpwalk I get this answer
snmpwalk -v 2c -c comm 10.19.32.210 .1.3.6.1.3.94.1.6.1.6
SNMPv2-SMI::experimental.94.1.6.1.6.16.0.0.192.221.13.114 .22.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0 = INTEGER: 3

snmpwalk -v 2c -c comm 10.19.32.209 .1.3.6.1.3.94.1.6.1.6
SNMPv2-SMI::experimental.94.1.6.1.6.16.0.0.192.221.36.155 .118.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0 = INTEGER: 3

When I create the item with OID .1.3.6.1.3.94.1.6.1.6 Zabbix give me No Such Instance currently Exists at this OID

What would be the correct OID to put on the template?

Because there is nothing on this oid! Try requesting snmpget instead of snmpwalk.
There is a .1.3.6.1.3.94.1.6.1.6.16.0.0.192.221.13.114.22.0.0 .0.0.0.0.0.0.

I am getting the same issue as you were getting/ Could you please help me in solving this issue like you did by creating a discovery rule to retrieve the index and query the value with a prototype ? How to do this

Take a look at this template. I needed to check the status of the switch ports, so I made the "Status Discovery" Discovery Rule with item an trigger prototypes. This way during the discovery process the correct SNMP indexes are found.
