Have you set community name at the zabbix macros ? go to - Administration - > general - you will see {$SNMP_COMMUNITY} and the default is public.
from the image you added i see only the last two so i dont know if you added this example here.

      Hi,

You can check the first pictures now, i tried to check last data and found that Zabbix get this item last data well.

so just the item test who doesn't work.

i tired also set the community in general as you said but the problem still the same.

Show the configuration of the SNMP interface for this node.

BTW Testing an SNMP element may not work - just check whether you are getting data for this element. If you don't get it, look at the error (red exclamation mark).

I see this all the time as well. The item is working but testing fails to connect. I haven't had the time to go hunting for exact circumstances which lead to this but I have definitely seen it.

Super quick testing on two hosts says to me that when testing an item, the macro for SNMP community is not parsed.
I tested a host where the SNMP community was set on the host and the item tested fine.
I tested on a host where the snmp community is set to {#SNMP_COMMUNITY} and it failed

i tried to set the SNMP community on the host, the problem fixed.

                        thanks.

if someone has the same problem, just put the community directly in host.
