Why zabbix trapper not work correctly

I am using zabbix server 5.0.2

I have created an item that use zabbix_trapper .
I have just installed zabbix-sender-5.0.2-1.el7.x86_64.rpm on the host now when run zabbix_sender command such as follow pic not work correctly . what is the issue?

Can anyone help me about this issue ?

It would be nice to have a proper screenshot where we can see details better.

Make sure you are able to connect to Zabbix server from the host where you run zabbix_sender:

telnet 10.10.50.23 10051

If not, it could be a firewall issue or Zabbix server could be started on a different port from 10051. Or, it wasn't started at all.
