zabbix server 5.0 frequent restarts

Hi, I recently upgraded my zabbix from 3.4 to 5.0
the upgrade utself went ok, however now the zabbix server frequently restarts, and after a few restarts causes the server itself to reboot.
I always see the following shutdown reason in the logs:
"Got signal [signal:15(SIGTERM),sender_pid:21396,sender_uid:0,r eason:0]. Exiting ..."
I checked the pid files, they are in order.
any help would be very appreciated.

The reason must be somewhere above that line. Please check lines before this message, could be memory issue, e. g. something related to the lack of cache size.

I dont really see anything conclusive.
only thing that might be of intrest is ""fping failed: no output" which shows up alot.
however this is not a production server - I'll give it the current producion zabbix server's ip when i'll iron out this restart problem.
about cache - it would seem that it's not the problem

If you could attach the portion of the log from Zabbix server start and till it stops that might have helped.
