I've seen this "broken" graph on 1.1.1 system yesterday. For some reason system started to miss polls (by looking at the data history) and make a big 5 to 10 min holes in all graphs over the system. Exactly at 5pm (about 1.5 hours later) situation got restored. I didnt notice any increased load in the system nor other anomalies. The error log for server and agent looked exactly the same as it usually is. There was no CPU hungry applications running and all system health parameters were like they usually are.
I decided that my poller got exhausted and started 50 chilren except for 6, we will see how it performs, i have only about 20 hosts monitored atm.
